WHAT IS CLEANING?
At first, this might seem like a silly question. But once you start describing it, you realize it can have many different meanings. At 360 Service Company, we have chosen to divide it into two categories: fixed tasks and on-demand tasks.
Fixed tasks
These are tasks where we have an ongoing agreement with the customer. This could include cleaning of laundry rooms, staircases, windows, event rooms, etc.
Within this category, we use terms such as:
Light cleaning (Let rengøring)
This is typically surface-level daily cleaning, which may include:
Wiping surfaces
Vacuuming
Mopping floors
Deep cleaning (Hovedrengøring)
This is usually done a couple of times a year, where we clean more thoroughly in the relevant areas included in the task.
On-demand tasks
These are tasks ordered by the customer as needed. An example could be cleaning of a vacated apartment.
Within this category, we use terms such as:
Deep cleaning (Total cleaning)
Post-construction cleaning (Håndværkerrengøring)
Vacancy cleaning (tomgangsrengøring)
Final cleaning (slutrengøring)
